We read every email personally. CatBasket is a small, independent site, so please allow a few working days for a response. We do our best to reply to everything, but if your message is about a product complaint or retailer issue, you will likely get a faster resolution by contacting the retailer directly.
Press and partnerships
If you are a PR agency or brand, please read our About page first. We don't test products hands-on, so please don't send samples. Our guides are researched from manufacturer specifications, UK retailer listings, owner reviews and UK vet and charity guidance. We don't accept payment for coverage or placement, and we don't publish sponsored posts. If your product's specs or UK prices have changed, tell us and we will check and update the guide, but we will never guarantee a positive review.
Corrections
If you spot an error in any of our articles, whether that is a wrong price, an outdated product listing, or a factual mistake, please let us know. We take accuracy seriously and will correct any genuine errors promptly.
