We read every email personally. CatBasket is a small, independent site, so please allow a few working days for a response. We do our best to reply to everything, but if your message is about a product complaint or retailer issue, you will likely get a faster resolution by contacting the retailer directly.

If you are a PR agency or brand looking to send us products for review, please read our About page first. We buy our own products and do not accept free samples. We are happy to discuss other forms of collaboration, but we will never guarantee a positive review.
